EFFECT OF UNBLEACHED APMP PROPERTIES WITH LACCASE TREATMENT
This paper studied that unbleached APMP was treated with laccase together with a mediator .The influence of such factors as enzyme treatment temperature, pH value, enzyme dosage and enzyme treatment time on the pulp whiteness and paper properties were analyzed in this paper. Under the optimum conditions, the enzyme treatment increased the paper properties, but the whiteness decreased. The function of laccase was mainly to degrade lignin on fiber surface. The optimum LMS modification process conditions were as follows: 3LAMU/g laccase dosage, pH value of 6, temperature of 50 , 60min of ℃ modification time, 5% pulp dosage. Under this optimum conditions , the APMP whiteness was decreased 3.81%ISO compared to the sample pulp; the breaking length was 3.18km ,the tear index was 4.31mN·m2·g-1,the burst index was 0.41 kPa·m2·g-1.
