RESEARCH ON PERACETIC ACID BLEACHING OF ASPEN STEAM EXPLOSION PULP

摘要：

Aspen Steam Explosion Pulp (SEP) is used to produce low weight printing paper of high-quality. The optimal conditions of peracetic acid bleaching of aspen SEP were peracetic acid 3％, pH number 6.0, temperature 60 , time ℃ 90 minutes, consistence of pulp 12％, and DTPA 0.04％. The effect of peracetic cid bleaching was better than that of hydrogen peroxide bleaching. As to the two-stage bleaching, the effect of Pa-Pa bleaching was better than that of Pa-P and P-Pa bleaching, which was the best brightness of the bleached pulp reached up to 65.4％ISO, and the increment of brightness of aspen SEP about 35.3％ ISO.
