RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF CHEMICAL-MECHANICAL PULP ON FRUIT-BAGGED PAPER

The material fibers have significant influence on properties of fruit-bagged paper, and the air permeability is one of the most crucial properties to the fruit-bagged paper. In the research, the fruit-bagged paper was manufactured by both of chemical-mechanical pulp and chemical softwood pulp. The effects of the chemical-mechanical pulp on the properties of the fruit-bagged paper were discussed respectively. The experimental results showed that: when the amount of the chemical-mechanical pulp accounted for 20％,the properties of the prepared samples were optimal: the porosity of the prepared samples hit 15.34μm/(Pa·s),the tensile strength was 47.06 N·m3/g. Furthermore,without any additives the porosity of paper samples made by chemical- mechanical pulp nearly was the same as the imported fruit-bagged paper. Therefore, not only the chemical-mechanical pulp is beneficial to improve the air permeability of the fruit-bagged paper, but also the tensile strength of the fruit-bagged paper meets the national standard requirement. In addition, the chemical-mechanical pulp even could reduce the cost as well.
