ENERGY SAVING AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LUBRICATION TECHNOLOGY IN THE HIGH CONSISTENCY REFINER
The high consistency refiner is widely used in artificial board and pulp and paper industry, which is a kind of equipment at high rotating speed, heavy loading and continuous operation, With the high consistency refiner spindle speed and disc diameter were increasing, oil consume raising and cycling oil was not used and other problems were produced by oil lubrication. Ensure refiner spindle was batter lubricating and rapidly cooling and remain runs stabilization, in this article, the oil-air lubrication technology is used to solve these questions, which was smaller size of oil tank, the high temperature of return oil, reduce the oil requirements, and lube oil was not polluted or corroded by water and vapor and oil need not more equipment to clear water and gas in cycling oil. The air-oil lubrication not only overcomes the faults of the oil lubrication technology but has many advantages of it. High pressure air is forming positive pressure in bearing chamber which would prevent impurity entering. After introducing air-oil lubrication system key parts and designed oil-air lubrication system, this is more appropriated for refiner spindle. The new lubrication system was applied in the high consistency refiner has the important practical significance.
