A Step-Stress Accelerated Degradation Model with Multiple Stress Covariates
Reliability modeling based on accelerated degradation test can be an efficient method for highly reliable products. Many existing degradation models have certain limitations. A common limitation is that most of them do not consider the case when multiple changing stresses are involved. This paper proposes a new reliability modeling approach for step-stress accelerated degradation with multiple stress covariates. A Maximum Likelihood Estimation procedure is developed to estimate the model parameters.
