Expert System Application in Sneak Circuit Analysis
Expert system is an active branch of artificial intelligence. By means of expert system software platform to analyze sneak circuits is a new exploration and preliminary attempt in the intelligent process of sneak circuit analysis technology. According to the structure of the expert system, object-oriented programming language C++ which is used in this paper separately establishes the interface, the reasoning machine and the knowledge base. The global database establishes the link among the three of them. And the knowledge database parallel consists of the trail table rules and the expositor. The knowledge base of this expert system covers most of the circuit structure that may cause sneak problems in simple circuits. Comprehensive analysis results can be got when the expert system in this paper is used in simple circuits. In the meanwhile, the modular design for the expert system provides much possibility to upgrade the software. Expert system in this paper will be used more widely as the sneak circuit analysis technology makes continuous progress with new rules placed to the knowledge base as well as more efficient and more comprehensive reasoning strategy.
