Reliability Analysis of Complex System with Finite Markov Chain Embedding Approach

Different to the previous study, a one dimension and a two dimension space design of laneway gas sensor system were brought forward, and the judging criterions and ventilation strategies to the failure of sensor system were also be proposed. Further more, some corresponding reliability models were built and discussed based on finite markov chain embedding. Finally, the ventilation system reliability analysis was proceeded by a case study on a sensor system with 80 sensors, the reliability index was calculated and interpreted with Matlab, the results showed a good feasibility and validity. The achievements we obtained would be a theoretical support to the decision making process in gas accumulation prediction and safety management.
