Survival Models of Some Political Processes
We extend the Probabilistic ideas from queuing theory and reliability on creation of some reliability models for studying some governing political units to find their survival characteristics. Such models were presented at the Sixth International Conference on Mathematical Models in Reliability held in Moscow in June 2009. Our focus here is on the time of survival (existence at the political scene, duration of life, or lifetime, governing survivability, life time distribution, longevity, resistance) based on those models, and on some new development. Markovian models of spending time in certain sets of states are explored, and some discussion on statistical properties and evaluations are provided.
