Comparing Stochastically the Components of Sequential K-out-of-N Systems
In reliability theory, an n component system that works if and only if at least k of the n compo nents work is called a k-out-of-n system. For practical applications, it is important to investigate the lifetim es of k-out-of-n systems in situation where there exists some dependence among the components of the sys tem. This need is done by a system called sequential k-out-of-n system. In this work, we consider the prob lem of comparing the components of sequential k-outof-n systems according to magnitude and location ord ers.
