The Research of Sinusoidal Ibration Test Condition in Electric Control Thermal-Isolator

For low inclination LEO satellite, its light conditions are greatly various in different seasons. Electric Control Thermal-Isolator (ECTI) is the key unit of active thermal control technique. It can easily control heat transfer area, and effectively reduce the temperature alteration by the fluctuation of thermal-power consumption and orbital heat flux of the satellite. To increase reliability of the ECTI, a reasonable sinusoidal vibration test condition should be regulated to fulfil the mechanical environment in the launching phase of the satellite, meanwhile, to ensure it does not have serious over test. A qualification vibration test and an acceptance vibration test were implemented on a satellite which contained an ECTI. The result of the test determined the lower limit of the sinusoidal test condition. On the other side, the acceleration responses of flight satellites of the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology (SAST) were able to fulfil the series work. Therefore, the sinusoidal vibration test condition was determined. Experiment results of related satellites with the same platform show that the sinusoidal test condition can also fulfil mechanical environments of the same module of other satellites, indicating that the test condition has great generality.
