Route Optimization of Stacker Based on Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm
The route of the stacker is a key factor which has a significant impact on the efficiency of AS/RS. The research of the operate modes of the stacker and the methods for solving route optimization is inadequate. This paper has a research on the route optimization problem in order to improve the efficiency of AS/RS. This paper analyzes several common operate modes of the stacker firstly, and then establishes the optimizing models. Then a genetic simulated annealing (GSA) algorithm is proposed. The above GSA algorithm has the advantages of both genetic algorithm (GA) and simulated annealing (SA) algorithms and is used to solve the route optimization problem. Its main principle of the GSA is that the Metropolis criteria of the SA are introduced to the genetic operator of the GA. The simulation experiment based on MATLAB is presented at last, the result shows that GSA is feasible and effective to solve the route optimization problem of the stacker.
