Study on Reliability Growth Research of Discrete Auto Manufacturing System Based on Gompertz Model
Aiming at auto manufacturing system, the paper first proposed an availability growth model combined with the Gompertz model. Then the author made a concrete research about the reliability growth of the typical auto parts manufacturing system on real-time conditions. On the basis of reliability growth research, the author also discussed the failure prediction and failure analysis of critical mold and equipment components, effectively grasped the failure law of the mold and the parts. And then some corresponding measures and recommendations to improve for the weak link were proposed, so that to provide references to enhance system reliability and further expand on the equipment maintenance and management for discrete manufacturing enterprises.
