A Systematic Approach to the Effective Implementation of Quality Systems with A Full Illustrative Example

This paper presents a systematic and operational approach to the implementation of quality system. At present, the poor effective implementation of quality system is prevalence in China. Despite all this, not much literature on specific management techniques can be found. After comprehensive analysis of the generic characteristics of quality system based on general system theory, a MPDB systematic analysis method and its correlated management technique work flow chart of Position-Product is proposed, that is to say, what we simply intitule the systematic and operational approach. A description is given to address the approach and its implementation procedure, followed by a full example for a nuclear power evaporator tubes support plate to illustrate all the relevant details step by step for the purpose of facilitating the understanding and application of the approach.
