Definition of recurrent anterior shoulder instability: 1. Traumatic (most common cause): recurrent dislocation or subluxation 2. Atraumatic: Hyperlaxity (prone to injury) Overuse (overhead activity) Treatment is based on: 1. History 2. Physical examination 3. Radiograph 4. MRI or MRA 5. EUA and Arthroscopic examination
