REVIEW ON MODEL CONSTRUCTION OF SERVICE SUPPLY CHAIN BASED-ON SOA THEORY
It’s urgent to apply the modern service supply chain theory to guide service industry for its health development under new twenty-first century marketplace environment, while tradition product supply chain unable to fit well for the modern service industry. Being Service Oriented Architecture theory (be called SOA for short) and service supply chain value taking the compatibility to inherent logic, service science methods can be drawn into the model construction of service supply chain in this article. The paper makes a comment on model construction of service supply chain, which, in the authors’ opinions, is meaning for further research. Contributions and Limitations of main serving supply chain model have been discussed deeply. In addition, possibility and feasibility of model construction of service supply chain based on SOA theory have been analyzed too.
