ANALYSIS OF BUS DISPATCH BASED ON EXTREME VALUE STATISTICS

摘要：

This paper presents a exceedance model based on extreme statistics theory to study bus dispatch. We choose 90％ experience quantile as threshold to obtain the generalised Pareto distribution function of section passenger capacity and estimate the parameters by maximum likelihood estimate. Then we get the estimates of return level and average exceedance passenger capacity, which bus dispatch personnel can consult for a reasonable.
