THE EFFECT OF RESILIENT SUPPLY NETWORK ON ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

Facing the global competition situation, enterprises must maintain long-term competitive advantages and protect their long-term sources of profits. Today, resilient supply network woven by vendor partners is very important for development of enterprises. By analyzing supply network, we can obtain the status of resilient supply network during development of enterprises. It is good for business to get the best productivity, improve speed and reliability of delivery. Finally, the paper proposes that how to build this resilient supply network to obtain a long time development for a company.
