RESEARCH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PORT LOGISTICS SYSTEM FROM THE ANGLE OF ECONOMIC RATIONALITY
We combined CCA with the BCC model of DEA to find out the elements influencing the economic rationality of the port logistics system and hindering port logistics system’s development, and then provided reasonable suggestions for the port logistics system’s construction, management and development. Firstly, we used CCA to deal with the input and output indicators, and then got the canonical correlation variables (CCV for short) and canonical correlation model (CCM for short). Secondly, we used the DEA to evaluate CCV, and then figured out DMUs which didn’t reach to effective technical efficiency and the value of redundancy and insufficiency. Lastly, we sought the adjustments of the original inputs through making the redundancy value and insufficiency value returning to the CCM.
