RESEARCH ON THE LOGISTICS NEEDS OF ONLINE SHOPPING
In the process of online shopping, logistics has become increasingly important. Sometimes, the logistics has become a short board of online shopping. How to improve and update the logistics services has become one of urgent problems. Only when the third party logistics service value meets customers’ logistics needs, the enterprise could maximize their interests. In this paper, based on the characteristics of online shopping, we’ve summarized customers’ logistics needs: delivery quality, delivery time, low price, exchanging convenience and the collection of trade charges.
