RESEARCH ON EMERGENCY MATERIALS RESERVE METHOD BASED ON FAHP

摘要：

Sudden natural disasters in recent years highlight the urgency and importance of studying the way that emergency materials reserves. This paper makes the two uncertainty sources of emergency materials be parts of emergency materials reserve method, using FAHP to evaluate emergency materials with the evaluation criteria including the value, circulation, urgency and storage and then determines the different ways of storing emergency materials reserve ratio to build an efficient, low-cost emergency supplies materials reserve system.
