THE ADVANTAGE OF SPECIALIZED THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS ON COAL CHEMICAL LOGISTICS

Many coal chemical enterprises, such as Shenhua, Yitai in Erdos, are responsible for producing, transporting and marketing by themselves, but this model not only consumes large amount of funds of enterprises, but also brings risk to the environment and management, and the overall efficiency has been impaired as well. This article separately from the government, the coal chemical enterprise and the third party logistics angle has analyzed the advantage of specialized third party logistics on coal chemical logistics, and suggested that carries on the centralism storage and transport and the management by the specialized third party logistics enterprise to the coal chemical product, forms the coal chemical logistics’ network operation, raises the overall logistics operation efficiency.
