A MECHANISTIC STUDY ON SUPPLY CHAIN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT BASED ON PERSPECTIVE OF TRUST

摘要：

Trust is the core of knowledge exchange, and the trust among the members of the supply chain is necessary prerequisite that knowledge management of supply chain is success. This papers discusses the dimensions and role of trust among the members of the supply chain, and analyses two kinds of models: calculationbased trust and relational-baed trust. And this paper builds knowledge management model of the individual level and organizational level among the members of the supply chain. Its conclusion suggests: the higher the calculation-based trust, the better cooperation effect, and the higher knowledge utilization; higher relational-based trust, the better cooperation effect, and the higher knowledge utilization.
