A STUDY OF SUPPLY NETWORK INTEGRATION SOLUTION An Example of a Large State-owned Enterprise
Supply network have great impact on the procurement and supplier management. To maintain a reasonable structure and number of suppliers is one of the important directions of improving the modern enterprise management. However, with the companys development and expansion of business scope, there are many large companies have such problems that the number of suppliers is excessive and the management focus is not prominent, which is difficult to achieve strategic procurement. Combined with previous studies, this paper is based on the purchasing portfolio matrices to establish a integration solution of supply network——by reducing the number of suppliers, optimizing the supply network structure and selecting the strategic partners, ultimately, the purpose of reducing management complexity and supporting the strategic procurement is achieved. Finally, this paper shows the effectiveness of integrated solutions through an example that integrates the supplier relations of a large state-owned enterprise.
