A STUDY ON LOGISTICS QUICK RESPONSE CAPABILITY ASSESSMENT INDEX FRAMEWORK
Quick response strategy has been widely applied in logistics field. In order to assess logistics quick response capability for a logistics company in a corrective way, this paper introduces the process of constructing a quick response capability assessment index framework based on a reasonably proposed assessment index system. After reliability analysis, factor analysis, and validity analysis conducted on the collected questionnaires, this paper formed a logistics quick response capability assessment index framework, a 2-level hierarchy structure, composed of 7 secondary indexes and 41 tertiary indexes. The assessment framework can be applied to evaluate quick response capability of logistics companies.
