THE SOLUTIONS TO OUTSTANDING PROBLEMS OF TALENTS TRAINING FOR MODERN LOGISTICS INFORMATION IN TIANJIN
It has mainly aimed at developing logistics industry in Tianjin in last decade. In the information society, we must nurture a large number of logistics information technology talents in order to make modernized logistics in Tianjin. This article is one of achievements of Study on Logistics Information Personnel Training effects on the development of Tianjins logistics industry, as one of the Eleventh Five-Year education planning issues in Tianjin (No.C102). It mainly discusses qualified personnel demand of logistics development in Tianjin, methods of talents taining for this kind, very serious problems existed in personnel training and solutions to these problems which mean a lot to train personnel in other industries.
