RESEARCH ON COOPERATION GAME OF ENTERPRISES IN LOGISTICS PLATFORM ORGANIZATIONS

摘要：

Platform organization is a new industrial organization form. Logistics Platform Organization is an enterprise federation taking logistics company as the core. Logistics enterprises and goods resource companies after paying certain amount of fee can join in a platform, in which enterprises can share different works and help each other. The cooperative enterprises can realize share of resources to cut down the fee of transaction and the basic relationship between enterprises inside the platform organizations is collaboration-competition. This paper uses the Game Theory to analyze the cooperation between them and concludes that after longterm games, enterprises will choose cooperation. It also further analyzes the credit system form among enterprises by repetitive Games.
