THE FLEXIBLE APPLICATION STUDY OF CORE VALUES OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE MODEL

The core values of Performance Excellence Model comes from many of the top successful enterprises in the world, it embodies the international advanced management concepts and methods. It inspires and guides enterprises to strive for excellence. It should be taken as the concept and code of conduct to the entire staff, especially enterprise executives. In this paper, with the empirical analysis method ,analyzes specific operation of excellent enterprise on the organization management, market capture, staff potential development, ecological economy, customer value and product innovation, pointed out that the real reason for their success is they creatively and flexibly use the core values of Performance Excellence Model.
