DESIGN OF A LOCAL SCIENTIFIC DATA SHARING ORGANIZATION BASED ON COMBINATION OF VIRTUAL AND TRADITIONAL ORGANIZATION

摘要：

According to the characteristics and the current situations of the local scientific data sharing in our country, this paper analyzes the demand of the local scientific data sharing platform for the organization structure. On the basis, the virtual organization theory is introduced to the scientific data sharing organization structure. Also, a local scientific data sharing organization structure model is established.
