RESEARCH ON OPERATORS’ STRATEGIES OF INTERNET OF THINGS BASED ON SWOT ANALYSIS

摘要：

This paper first described the basic concept of the Internet of Things and analyzed the compositions of the industrial chain in which the operators were in an important status. Then it used SWOT analysis to analyze the operators to prove they have enough comparative advantages to be the leader of the industry chain of the Internet of Things, Finally it put forward corresponding strategies on the basis of the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat of the operators, which showed a way to the operators’ future development.
