4PL BUSINESS MODEL DESIGN BASED ON TPL REQUIREMENTS

It is widely accepted that the development bottlenecks of Chinese TPL are the problems of informationization. Some local governments have been building 4PL providing services for many TPL enterprises (multi –TPLs), which has not been approved by enterprises. According to our research, that the enterprise management model is not in accordance with actual demand is the main reason for the failure of 4PL to be promoted and the low information level of TPL enterprise. This article proposes building multiuser 4pl platform based on the demand, and the platform design should be based on the management realities of numerous Chinese small and medium TPL enterprises, and realizes auto business convection of TPL enterprise and its branches (Sub-TPLs), and ensures every TPL enterprises independent management, resource sharing, and business of each TPL branch in accordance with local characteristics, forming the special business model for TPL enterprises.
