HOW TO CONTROL THE DISTRIBUTION COST OF THE COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE

With the development of social economic and improvement of peoples life quality, cold chain logistics business began to rise. This paper careful analyze the characteristics of the cold chain of food distribution according to the problems companies are facing in cold chain logistics distribution ,like surplus of quality , high cost and so on. And then this paper construct a cost function considering the food loss rate at different temperatures and vehicle energy consumption and study cost structure model of cold chain logistics distribution . Based on those, this paper construct a cost-income ratio function according to the different needs of different enterprises, and get the best ratio of cold chain logistics enterprise in distribution process, make the food quality and distribution costs to the best state.
