STUDY OF SYSTEM DYNAMICS MODEL OF GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON BALANCED SCORECARD
Balanced Scorecard deficiencies showed in the practical application can get the corresponding improvement by combining with System Dynamics approach. In this paper, through in-depth studying of Balanced Scorecard, by combining advantages from System Dynamics from a perspective of system to consider the problems and Balanced Scorecard from multiple perspectives analysis question of two important ideas, we establish a green supply chain model in a new angle. Simulating the System Dynamics model, it can not only realize the optimal control of internal processes, but also achieve visibility management of the whole green supply chain, so as to provide the green supply chain managers a decision support.
