STUDY ON DEVELOPING WAREHOUSE RECEIPT HYPOTHECATION FINANCING METHOD IN CHINA
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) play an important role in the development of national economy, but financing difficulty has always been one of the major obstacles in their development. How to broaden financing channels and innovate upon financing methods are problems need urgent resolve. Logistics and finance is combined to logistics finance, and warehouse receipt hypothecation financing method starts an effective approach for providing cash flow to SME. The paper give an instruction to concept and operation flow of warehouse receipt hypothecation, and analyze its operation mode and benefits, in the same time ,analyze its risks control, furthermore ,the paper put forward some suggestions for developing it in China.
