KNOWLEDGE FORMS OF ENTERPRISE AND THE RESEARCH OF ITS IDENTIFICATION AND DISTRIBUTION
Knowledge has been a kind of important factor in enterprise, the status of knowledge is the same as resource and manpower under knowledge economy. To enterprise, knowledge is very abstract, in order to make use of knowledge, we should know the basic forms of knowledge firstly, then we can identify the knowledge and know its distribution rule. The knowledge is surveyed on the base of summarizing knowledge concept in the thesis, and its rules of identification and distribution is also given.
