ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENT-BASED ANALYSIS ON CATALYTIC WET AIR OXIDATION OF BAGASSE ALKALINE LIGNIN
Orthogonal experiment is used to find out the optimal conditions and the key influencing factors during bagasse alkaline lignin degradation by Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation (CWAO). The experimental results show that vanillin and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde are the main products. For the total concentration of 9 phenolaldehydes degradation products, the most optimal level combination is the alkali concentration of 1 mol/L, the lignin concentration of 60 g/L, the top temperature of 150℃, the total pressure of 2 MPa and the reaction time of 50 min. The most important influencing factor on the concentration of vanillin and total 9 phenol-aldehydes is the total pressure, the next are lignin concentration, alkali concentration, top temperature; and the least important one is reaction time.
