Value Relationships in Sharing of Scientific and Technical Information Resources
Scientific and technical information resources (STIR) are important support and basic security for development and innovation of national science and technology. Complex value relationships are formed during various processes of STIR sharing. This study investigated the relationships between the value subjects (including the producers and users of value), and the relationships between value subject and value object based on the analysis of the features and compositions of value subject and object in STIR sharing. Furthermore, suggestions on coordinating the value relationships during STIR sharing were presented.
