Sharing the Implicit Knowledge is an important guarantee of improving the quality of knowledge service. This paper analyzes the sharing obstacles and effective ways of the Implicit Knowledge under the network environment, taking the Business Synergetic Platform of science & technology information research of Shandong province as an example.
