Clean Energy Technology and Evolution of Intellectual Property System

摘要：

This paper takes the transformation of clean energy technology and its great impact on traditional Intellectual Property System. Then it analyzes the relationship between public departments and clean energy technology and reaches to the existing intellectual property system hampering the application and flow of clean energy technology to some extent. In conclusion, clean energy technology putting forward new demands for future intellectual property system.
