Qualitive Analysis of a Prey-Predator Model with Holling- Ⅲ Functional Response

摘要：

Qualitatie analysis of a prey-predator system (5) with Holling-Ⅲ functional response is studied in this paper.The following problems are mainly disscussed :the stability of equilibria;the sufficient condition of nonexistence of syetems (5) and condition of the existence of uniqueness and stability of the limit cycle around the positive equlibrium.
