Traveling Fronts in Competing Species with Maturation Delay and Nonlinear Intraspecific Regulation

In this paper, the stage structure competition models with nonlinear intraspecific regulation represented by distributed types of delays are proposed and considered. Only the adult members are involved competition and the immature members are in the absence of competition. We establish the existence of traveling wave fronts connecting two boundary equilibriums by using monotone iteration together with upper and lower solutions when the coexistence is absence.
