Amendments on Benefit Evaluation Models of Public Meteorological Service

摘要：

In order to research Chinese benefits of public weather service, the article does some amendments on ‘voluntarily pay’, ‘cost-savingandshadow price’methods,on the basis of‘cost–benefit analysis’theory in Economics. Correction coefficient, shadow price and other variables are redefined. We also give confidence intervals of benefits in above three methods. Finally, we get a new quantitative evaluation on the benefits of the public meteorological service.
