Global Properties of the virus dynamics model with antibody response

This paper investigates the global stability of virus dynamics model with antibody response. Forthe model, two threshold parametersRo1 andRo2are defined, which determines the dynamical behaviors ofthe model. It is shown that the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and the diseaseeventually disappears if Ro1≤1, while the disease is uniformly persistent and the boundary equilibrium isglobally asymptotically stable if Ro1>1and Ro2≤1.Then it is shown that there is one positive equilibriumwhich is globally asymptotically stable in the case where Ro2>1 .This global asymptotic stability ofendemic equilibria is established by using appropriate Lyapunov functions.
