The mathematical model of use scientific drugs to treat the AIDS
This paper analyzes the relevant data of AIDS, establishes the evaluation of treatment and the effect of the prediction models in order to scientifically and properly treat AIDS. Firstly we consider it in reality and make a distinction between infection and non-infected cells of CD4 according to the AIDS mechanism. We also predict the density of CD4 and HIV by establishing models of difference equations, then we use the minimum distance method to search for the answer so as to determine termination time of the optimal treatment. And we can get the conclusion: In 48 weeks period of test, 24.58% of the infectors will be under the control ,If continue treating, for patients whose disease has progressed to choose to terminate treatment of 53 weeks, The results of this group in the ACTG320 reliable original source data verification. The treatment could be terminated after 53 weeks treatment of the worse patients. The results of this paper has been proved by the ACTG320.
