Properties of Stability for a HBV infection Model with time delay
Mathematical models have been widely used to explain the factors that govern infectious disease progression in viral infections. Time delay is used to describe the time between infection of uninfected target cells and the emission of viral particles or CTL immune response. But seldom models have considered the time delay in the process of drug therapy for HBV or HIV infection. In this paper, considering the time delay of therapy efficacy, we formulate a time delay HBV therapy model, the effect of time delay on stability of the equilibrium in the model has been studied in the paper.
