Analysis for Gene Logic Networks of Glioma
The construction and analysis of the networks of molecular interactions are essential for understanding their functions within cells. In this paper, a logic network model is constructed to investigate the complicated regulation mechanism of genes of glioma. We discover that the public genes in normal and different glioma types have different structures. The results show that the original relationships among genes are broken by pathological changes. Our work provides valuable reference and guidance for biologists to understand and explain some genes function in pathological changes.
