Study of extracted magnesium from the serpentine on vacuum themoreduction
This article is mentioned a method of extracted magnesium from the serpentine on vacuum themoreduction by coke. It is studied the relationship between reduction rate and reduction time,reduction rate and CaF2 additive amount. Research shows that,this method can prepare the magnesium,but has small amount oxygen and carbon,it should be got from the reverse reaction of reduction. The reduction rate is enhance with the extensive reduction time and increasing the CaF2 additive amount.
