Design and simulation of the condom vacuum sorting system
In order to achieve automated test of condoms,it is necessary to add automatic feeding device on the condom test line,the extraction and sort of condoms are implemented by vacuum picking system for the automatic feeding equipment. The models of basic components of the vacuum system are chosen,and the exhaust response time of evacuated tube is simulated with fluent software on the basis of them. Therefore,the curve of suction inlet pressure with respect to time is obtained,as well as the optimal structure parameters of the vacuum components for shortening the response time of the vacuum picker. It confirms that the feasibility of vacuum sorting system for automatic feeding equipment of condom,and gives reference for the specific selection and system layout of the condom automatic feeding equipment.
