An Improvement Study of the Molecular Pump System of Space Simulator (KM6F)

As an important component of space simulator,molecular pump system is mainly applied to simulators leak detection and pumping hydrogen,helium and other small molecular weight gases during experiments. Aiming at the theoretical study of the molecular pump system of space simulator (KM6F),this thesis proposes the improvement of systems backing pumps as well as the increase of the vacuum measuring system. On that basis,it also analyses the two different system starting modes,and obtains the best one,which is verified by the engineering experimental study. It is proved through the debugging experiment that the improved system can ensure the smooth operation of thermal vacuum tests.
