Computational Models of Thermal Deformation in Running Vacuum Pump
Due to the demand of pumping mixed gases containing strong corrosive and easily crystallized medium,the inner temperature of running Roots pump are always higher up than 100 centigrade degree. ANSYS software is used to analyze the inner temperature field of dry roots vacuum pump at steady running. The thermal deformation of rotor axis and pump body is calculated and showed in cloud chart and figures through thermostructure coupling analysis,which give a useful reference to design of gearing clearance and further study on leakage flow in the gearing clearance of running pump.
