Design of Tower Continuous vacuum dryer

摘要：

The principle of tower continuous vacuum drying equipment,its structural characteristic and major technical difficulties was introduced. The vacuum dying room was square structure. The heating pipes were lozenge-shaped pipes. The dimension of lozengeshaped pipes was gotten by the grain diameter in order to make sure of the grain flowing. And then the drying room dimension was given by the drying heating. In order to continuous feeding,the rotary valve was design. The water ring vacuum pump and condenser was also analyzed.
